DeskNeko is a small business founded by gamers and computer enthusiasts, we bring the most loved and unique aesthetics to life in the shape of Desk Mats, Mouse Pads, Wrist Rest, Play Mats and more.

We believe that a desk mat is an essential accessory for any computer setup. Not only does it serve a practical purpose, but also adds a personal touch to your work and play area, enhances your overall computer experience, and protects your desk, keyboard, mouse and other peripherals. It's the first thing you see when you sit down to work or play, making it important that it's not only performs well but is also visually pleasing!

Meet Michiel and Samuel, a couple of graphic designers with a passion for gaming, anime, magical things, cats (and lots of them - we have 9 rescue cats among us!), and more. Rest assured, our customers' products are kept far from our furry companions, so there's no risk of allergies!

✦ Why DeskNeko? ✦
As graphic designers and full time computer enthusiasts, we spend most of our time behind a desk. One day in 2019, working from home, we sought a new mousepad to complement our desk aesthetic but found limited options. We decided to design one for ourselves, for our friends, for family, and (yes, really) for our cats to sleep on. And thus, DeskNeko (Neko means Cat in Japanese) was born.

Almost all of our designs are customizable. Add your name, change a color, add an illustration or choose something completely new. We love to get creative!

✦ How do we work? ✦
As a small business, we take pride in designing all of our products in-house. Some are born from our own inspiration, while others are brought to life with the aid of commercial art and talented freelance artists. Being a small team without the capacity to keep a large inventory on hand, we formed close partnerships with private printing and fulfilment workshops located in the US, UK, Canada, and Asia. These partners handle the printing and shipping of our products globally. We do not resell any products and instead, we produce everything on a made-to-order basis.
