Return policy
If you placed an order by accident or changed your mind, we only accept cancellations within 6 hours from when your order was placed or if your product has not entered the production phase yet. All our products are Made-To-Order, meaning your product is made and printed especially for you! Therefore, we do not accept cancelations if your product has already been made, and kindly ask for your understanding. Please contact us as soon as possible if you decided to cancel your order.
Returns and exchanges
All our products are Made-To-Order, meaning your product is made and printed especially for you! Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or if made a mistake with your order. In some occasions we will make an exception to our return policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and take a video when opening your package to ensure the contents are as ordered and were not damaged in transit.
If your order arrived damaged, we will always offer a free replacement. Due to the risk of fraudulent disputes, we require an 'Unboxing Video' to see the state in which your item arrived and so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier if needed.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All shipping and import fees will be for the customer. Any shipping costs involved with the order will be deducted from the refund in case of a return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
