We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your country and address. If your location isn’t available, message us and we’ll check options.
Processing typically takes 1–5 business days (made-to-order items may take longer). Standard delivery is usually 5–20 business days depending on destination, customs, and local carrier speed.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may appear after the package is scanned by the next carrier or clears customs.
Most orders are produced and packed within 1–5 business days. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing can take a bit longer; the latest estimate is always shown at checkout.
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
We accept returns for unused items in original condition within our return window (see our Returns Policy). Shipping costs are non-refundable. For “change of mind” returns, without defect or other issues, we may deduct a small handling fee to cover our time and materials. Custom or personalized items are typically final sale unless there’s a defect or damage on arrival.
Please message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and, if possible, an unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the product). This helps us verify what happened and resolve it faster. Once we review it, we’ll make it right with a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Because our items are made to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes before production starts. This is usually within 24–48 hours after you place your order, so please contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
We cover customs duties, VAT, and import-related fees upfront, so you won’t be asked to pay extra on delivery. The total you pay at checkout is the final total for shipping and delivery to your address.
We accept major credit/debit cards and popular accelerated checkouts (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available). All payments are processed securely at checkout.
